When helpful, support may include preparing questions for appointments, helping you process information you’ve been given, or feeling more grounded in conversation with your care team. Néa Mere does not speak on your behalf or direct medical care.

There is no “right time”. Some people reach out during pregnancy to feel more informed and supported, while other seek support in early postpartum. You're welcome to reach out whenever support would feel helpful. I do always inform people, the more prepared you are the higher chance of a positive experience.
