( Note: Virtual support doesn’t include in room labor attendance but offers full educational and emotional support leading up to and through labor via video/phone)

The Pregnancy Prep Series

• Three to five 90 minute consultations scheduled throughout pregnancy

• Space to revisit questions, and help navigate challenges as they arise

• Personalized birth and postpartum plan

Availability

Consultation are offered virtually and in person throughout Los Angeles County.

A natural wellness service to support your postpartum recovery by preparing your placenta into capsules for nutritional use.

Includes:

• Placenta pickup from your birthplace ( hospital or home)

• Preparation following safety protocols

• Encapsulation in capsules you can consume postpartum

Placenta encapsulation: (non clients) $300

Gain confidence, clarity, and tools for a more empowered birth experience. Classes are available in person or virtually.
